The theme of my July listings is the Parables of Jesus. Five new images of fine art pieces from the Sacred Art Pilgrim Collection have been added to the Prodigal Son page in the Parables of Jesus gallery of the Bible Stories & Parables section: etchings by Czech Graphic Artist Jaroslav Vodrazka and French Artist Paul-Emile Colin and wood engravings by English Artist Gwen Raverat, American Printmaker Letterio Calapai, and German Ex Libris Artist Herbert Ott. You can view a stencil print by Japanese Graphic Artist Sadao Watanabe, an engraving by Dutch Printmaker Ru van Russom, and a woodcut by German Expressionist Artist Ernst Barlach in the Good Samaritan page, and a carved wood panel painting by American Outsider Artist Carl Dixon in the Sower and the Seed page, both in the Parables of Jesus gallery. I have posted the text of the Parable of the Rich Man & Lazarus in the same gallery and a reflection on Eugene Delacroix's painting, The Good Samaritan, and two works of art inspired by this sacred masterpiece in the Art Connections gallery of the Moments with Masters section.
